Terms

Terms of service.

Last updated: 2026‑04‑23

These terms cover use of Eunomio's products and website, including Eunomio CI Guard (the "Service"), operated by Eunomio, Inc. ("Eunomio", "we"). By installing the GitHub App or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

The service

Eunomio CI Guard is a narrow, evolving product for reviewing CI‑to‑cloud authentication in GitHub Actions, AWS, and Terraform. We provide the Service on an as‑is, as‑available basis. Behavior, limits, and supported scope will change as the product develops, and we will make reasonable effort to keep documentation and the public site consistent with current behavior.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and to avoid:

  • Attempting to break, overload, or probe the Service outside of a coordinated disclosure.
  • Using the Service to access repositories you are not authorized to access.
  • Reselling or repackaging the Service as your own.
  • Using the Service in a way that violates applicable law or GitHub's own terms.

Your repositories and your cloud

You remain responsible for the security of your GitHub organization, your repositories, your branch protection, and your cloud accounts. Eunomio CI Guard provides review signal in pull requests. It does not replace your own IAM or change management, and it does not hold live cloud credentials. See Security for the operational surface.

Billing and pricing

  • Paid plans are priced by covered repository band as shown on the Pricing page.
  • Plans are month‑to‑month by default. Annual invoicing is available on Scale.
  • We may change prices and plan details. Material price changes take effect at the next renewal, not mid‑cycle.
  • Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law, or at our discretion for service failures on our side.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App. We may suspend or terminate access if the Service is being used in a way that violates these terms, risks the stability of the Service, or puts other customers at risk. We'll try to give reasonable notice where possible.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as‑is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect every risky change, be error‑free, or be uninterrupted. You are responsible for how you use the information the Service produces.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Eunomio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and material changes will be noted on the public site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
